All Good
by Patricia R.D.

She always finds an excuse.

One way or another, she finds a way to come back, to sit on the expensive red couch and wait for Wesley to come back to the office.

Her smirk at his arrival conceals her relief. She asks casually about his day and he tells her about it. And it's all good. Because he's alive, and not lying on an alley in a pool of his own blood.

Because Lilah can take all the torments in hell as long as her one and only fear -- Wesley not coming back to work anymore -- never comes true.
